What if the item I received is defective/damaged? 

If the are defective or damaged, please contact us and we will review your request. Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video and photo of the faulty product
  • Complete delivery address

You must include a video and photo of the defective product as proof in order to refund or replace the product.

How do I return an item? 
If you want to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return, video and photo of the product, valid US government-issued ID, such as a driver's license or passport. You will be responsible paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Your initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. 

Only items purchased directly from AntiAgeMart will be accepted. Returned items must be in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. If the state of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right not to refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items include incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling. A full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, the refund excludes all shipping and handling fees. AntiAgeMart reserves the right to deny any return.

How long is the return process?
Processing returns may take up to 10-20 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return is processed. 

When will I receive my refund?
All refunds are credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds are sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make, and we’ll send you a confirmation once we make the modification. Please note that any packed or shipped orders cannot be modified or canceled.
